Happy finally fall y’all! I’m a bit late reviewing my latest Stitch Fix box because I’ve had such a busy month. But as always, my stylist knocked it out of the ballpark – my fixes are always a box of happy! Stitch Fix has a “luxe” option with items that are a bit pricier than I usually get, and I thought I’d try it out just for giggles. My stylist Katherine sent me a few luxe items, along with some other really cute pieces for fall. I also requested boot cut jeans…I love bootcuts! They’re instantly slimming and elongating, and perfect for a pear shape.

DANIEL RAINN Lyna Crew Neck Pullover

I love almost every Daniel Rainn top that Katherine sends to me. They usually fit me well, and are so cute and stylish. And though I’ve received many Daniel Rainn tops, I’ve never gotten a sweater, so I was really curious about this one! It was silky soft and beautifully patterned, and I think it would look great styled with menswear plaid, like the plaid jacket I styled in my Stylish Monday – Mad About Plaid post.

DL1961 Bridget High Rise Bootcut Jeans
So the first thing I thought when I saw these jeans was “Whoa. Expensive.” And then I tried them on. They had a nice high waistband, with plenty of coverage and lift. I think the perfect way to describe them is that they’re engineered to fit and flatter. The quality was evident. Stitch Fix carries the best denim, seriously, and I’m still in love with the Liverpool skinny jeans from last month. (shown below)

LILLY PULITZER Edgewater Popover Knit Top

Katherine sent me a beautiful Lilly top in August, and sadly, I had to return it because of fit issues. I love Lilly prints and have always wanted something Lilly! This pullover fits the bill for me. It’s a perfect length, has a cute zipper detail, and I think it will work nicely here with our warmer fall weather. I thought it was cute! I styled it with the Liverpool skinny jeans I received last month, but I also think it will work nicely with my stretchy comfy pants and elevate my usually slouchy weekend style!
LONDON TIMES Marnie Knit Dress

I’ll be honest, I wasn’t too sure about this dress. It looks a little shapeless in the style card photo. But when I tried it on, I knew it was a winner! It’s slimming, and soft and very comfortable. The keyhole neckline is a nice surprise as well. London Times dresses are always great quality and fit true to size.
KATE SPADE Glitter Huggie Earrings

How cute are these little sparklers? Believe it or not, they’re not at all heavy. I love all these sparkles and glitter. It’s my favorite color!
Stitch Fix has a new feature that I’m loving. We can now view everything we’ve kept, along with style cards, and as a bonus, if our size is available, we can even see other colors those items come in and order them! I snatched up a pair of black Liverpool skinnies, because I love the blue denim ones so much. I think it’s a brilliant addition to the Stitch Fix experience. We can also favorite items we’ve kept, so the algorithm learns more about our preferences. It’s a helpful feature that should make each Fix better and better.

Love these for you! What sneakers are you wearing?
Hi Anne. Those sneakers are just a pair of good old Adidas I’ve had for a few years. Thanks!
Great fix — some really nice pieces! Jeans are expensive but very flattering. Love the dress and Daniel Rainn sweater.
The dress was my favorite piece. It felt most like my style. Thanks!
