May 2019 is in the books! And y’all!!! I was so ready for the month to end, and beyond ready to kick off June in style! My boss told me he was moving me from my dream job to another department. Boooo. My confidence and ego were shattered. Double boooo. But now I get to work with some fantastically talented and compassionate people who have loved and embraced me and welcomed me into their work family! Yay! Rain, rain go away…etc. etc. etc. It seems like it’s been raining forever here y’all. Creeks, chutes, bayous and rivers are rising, our yard is a spongy mess, and weeds are taking over everything! I think I might actually be starting to mildew. But I guess we have to remember that after the rain comes the rainbow, and the flowers and the sun will eventually shine. Because of our dreary weather, I asked Katherine, my Stitch Fix stylist, to send me items that were bright and happy and full of color. I’m a firm believer in color therapy, and bright and happy colors make me a bright and happy girl! Read on to see what she sent me!
Hi y’all. It’s time for my April Stitch Fix Reveal! True confession. I love the color pink. I love soft pink, dusty pink, bright pink, fuschia pink, sherbert pink, mulberry pink…give me all the pink! It just makes me happy. (Okay…maybe it’s not a secret, I’m sure if you check my instagram profile you’ll find me sporting lots of pink outfits.) Anyway, I asked my Stitch Fix stylist to give me all the pink! Let’s see how she did!
Happy March everybody! Winter is slowly loosening her grip on our daily lives, and our wardrobes will soon be transitioning from winter to spring. If you’re like me, you might even get a Spring Break to celebrate the end of winter, and an opportunity to recharge the batteries before the non-stop busyness of the end of the school year. I’m always amazed at how quickly the last few months of school seem to fly by! Anyway, the hubs and I are planning a little getaway for Spring Break – a road trip to the Ozarks – and I couldn’t be more thrilled! I asked my Stitch Fix stylist for a few things I could wear on our trip – which will be pretty casual and relaxed. Read on to see what she sent me.Continue reading “Stitch Fix Reveal – March 2019”
