Rain, rain go away…etc. etc. etc. It seems like it’s been raining forever here y’all. Creeks, chutes, bayous and rivers are rising, our yard is a spongy mess, and weeds are taking over everything! I think I might actually be starting to mildew. But I guess we have to remember that after the rain comes the rainbow, and the flowers and the sun will eventually shine. Because of our dreary weather, I asked Katherine, my Stitch Fix stylist, to send me items that were bright and happy and full of color. I’m a firm believer in color therapy, and bright and happy colors make me a bright and happy girl! Read on to see what she sent me!

As you can see by reading Katherine’s note, she tried to find things to match my requests. I was especially interested in something in the new wide crop silhouette, along with items in bright colors. I love the personal touch of the stylist’s note offered by Stitch Fix.

CHASER Kevina Rolled Sleeve Cotton Blend Knit Top | KUT FROM THE KLOTH Will Scissor Cut Hem Wide Leg Jean
Full Disclosure: This is my least favorite piece in this month’s fix. It’s just kind of ‘meh’ to me, but I’ll probably wear it this summer with shorts during the summer months anyway. I tried it on with the fantastic crops from Kut from the Kloth, and the cute scalloped flats described below.

The crops are hands down my favorite thing in this fix, and I’m even wearing them as I type this blog post! I adore them! They fit like a dream, and are just fun to wear! Shown below are several ways I’ve styled them since getting them. I LOVE THEM!!

VIOLET & RED Winny Suede Scalloped Flat

I don’t normally wear flats, and they’re not my usual style go-to, but I kept these, thinking that they’d be fun to pair with crops, skinnies or even a comfy tee shirt dress. The color is a to-die-for hot pink, which is, of course, my favorite color in the whole universe. They’re comfy!
DANIEL RAINN Emela Ruffle Neckline Blouse

This is just a beautiful top y’all. I usually adore every single Daniel Rainn top my stylist sends me, and guess what? I love this one too! I’ve already worn it to work, along with the French Mauve Blazer I received in my February Fix. The turquoise color of this top is perfect for late spring/early summer, and the ruffled neckline is so pretty and ladylike.

KENZIE Rebekah Stretch Crepe Floral Lining Blazer

Oh, how pretty is this little blazer!?! I don’t even know what to call the color, but it’s a cross between fuchsia and maybe a little grape. It’s so bright and happy! And it’s lined in a precious print. My mind is reeling at all the possibilities for this stylish jacket. I styled them below with these fun striped wide leg crops from Target.
