October Stitch Fix Reveal | Fall Sweaters & More

Classic Fall Styles from Target | Colorblock Cardigan

I’m excited to share my October Stitch Fix Reveal with you because it’s my 75th birthday! With Stitch Fix that is. Yep. This is my 75th fix! I’ve subscribed to Stitch Fix for several years now, and you probably know by now that I’m a huge fan of this styling service. They have exceptional customer service, send gorgeous things my way, and even provide on-trend style inspiration. Unfortunately, I’m saying goodbye to my long-term stylist, Katherine. I’m so sad to see her go…I feel like she’s gotten to know my personal style, and at the same time been able to gently nudge me out of my comfort zone by sending me beautiful clothes that make me feel like a million bucks. Read on to see what she sent me, and how you can get your own Fix.

This is not a sponsored post, but does contain my Stitch Fix referral code and a few affiliate links. I receive a small commission each time one of my readers uses those links to make a purchase. As always, I appreciate your support of my blog, and all opinions are my own.

October Stitch Fix Reveal – Saying Goodbye to My Stylist

Katherine and I have been together for awhile now! One of the things I love about Stitch Fix is the personal attention you get from your stylist. Katherine is no exception…it feels like she’s really taken that extra step to get to know me, and to figure out how to help me feel pretty in my clothes. Unfortunately, Stitch Fix will no longer have stylists in California, so I’m afraid she’s having to leave the company. So Katherine, if you happen to be reading this, I wish you well in all of your future endeavors! May God bless you and keep you and make His face to shine upon you, in all that you do and wherever you go!

My October Stitch Fix Reveal

October Stitch Fix unboxing

PINQUE | Gina Crew Neck Pullover

PINQUE pullover sweater
I was not prepared to like this sweater at all. I always prejudge the things in my fix! Big mistake! But, the wide horizontal stripes threw me off a bit, and this style of sweater rarely looks good on my pear shape. But lo and behold, it not only fit, skimming my body, but it looks great on! Stripes and all! Who knew? Notice the placement of the stripes, with the darker stripes down below, which is perfect for hiding any perceived figure flaws. Oh, and did I mention it’s just pretty? The jeans I’m wearing throughout this post are Liverpool from THIS FIX

DANIEL RAINN | Branwen Pleated Knit top

October Stitch Fix Reveal | Daniel Rainn knit top
Katherine sent me TWO Daniel Rainn tops this month y’all! Score! Daniel Rainn is my favorite Stitch Fix brand followed by Wisp…almost everything in their lineup fits me perfectly. This little knit number is a pretty grey color and the pattern is so lovely. I especially liked the pleat detail. It’s just a nice easy top to wear to work with my dress pants, or with jeans like I did here.

DANIEL RAINN | Sandra Scallop Detail Blouse

October Stitch Fix Reveal Daniel Rainn blouse
I am so into this mustard yellow color right now y’all. I just shared a sweater in this month’s Stylish Monday post, which I’ve worn several times already this fall. The color screams fall to me, and warm golden tones seem to work well with almost everybody’s skin tone and hair color. I love the beautiful scallop detail of this blouse, it elevates it from “just a top” to “what a cute top!” You can be that I’ll be sporting this adorable top all autumn long!

BLANK NYC | Clark Legging Printed

October Stitch Fix Reveal | BLANK NYC printed legging
Another item I was mildly terrified of. (that’s putting it lightly!). I mean…stretchy leopard print leggings on MY pear-shaped body? What could go wrong? Right? So I held my breath, and pulled these on and………..heaven! Absolute heaven y’all! They fit great, feel buttery soft, aren’t too tight, but are tight enough to hold things in place, and don’t look awkward on my hips and rear. Ah-mazing! Of course, I’ll still cover things up with a longer sweater or tunic, but I’m kinda wishing I could wear them every day. They’re that awesome!  I received this burgundy cardigan in THIS FIX.

EVOLUTION BY CYRUS | Wallie Fuzzy Open Cardigan

ctober Stitch Fix Reveal | Evolution by Cyrus Fuzzy cardigan
Okay, they should have named this one the Wallie Teddy Bear Cardigan, because that’s what it feels like! Snuggly soft in a beautiful subdued animal print, I felt like I was wrapped up in a baby blanket. This is another great example of an item that can be dressed up or down. It was quite warm though, so I’ll probably be saving this one for winter here in Louisiana. It could almost double as a coat!
