I’m thrilled that the theme for this month’s Stylish Monday Link Up is graphic tees! If you follow me on instagram, you’ll probably see me styling graphic tees almost every weekend. I love that they make a statement, look cute and can be styled in so many different ways. They’re just fun to wear! I usually dress mine up with a kimono, or sometimes throw a denim jacket over mine, or just style it as is and let the t-shirt do the talking! The Stylish Monday ladies will show you even more ways to style a graphic tee, so be sure to follow the links to their blogs or social media posts for styling tips and inspiration!Continue reading “July Stylish Monday – How We Style Graphic Tees”

Hi y’all! It’s time for another fabulous link-up party featuring some of my favorite midlife fashion and style bloggers. This month our blogs feature beautiful florals in a variety of styles – from maxi dresses to kimonos to cocktail looks and more! I’m always amazed by what these girls can do with fashion! Each lady has their own individual style. I’m sure they’ll impress you as much as they impress and inspire me! Take notes!
Happy Spring! Finally!! Yippee!! Our first signal of spring is when the redbud trees start blooming, followed by the pear trees and bright yellow jonquils. Their blooms are a sweet signal that the long, dreary, wet winter might finally be in our rear view window, and pretty, sunshiny days are ahead. Only it’s the south, so we can also expect storms, tornadoes, and seasonal allergies (thank you Claritin and Flonase!!) The hubs and I decided to take a road trip to the Ozark Mountains for our Spring Break this year. We stayed at lovely, rustic Big Cedar Lodge, just south of Branson, Missouri. The trip called for a casual wardrobe, and layers, because of the iffy weather. I am usually so packing challenged y’all! But, I was inspired by the items I received in my latest Stitch Fix to use colors of pink and navy, creating a capsule wardrobe for my trip. Read on to see what I packed.
