Hi y’all! Is there anything better than being a grandparent? It’s one of those things you just have to experience to understand…It’s just so fun! Being a grandparent can come with a few challenges though – one of which is Christmas shopping. It’s hard to rein in my spoiling impulses! This Oma tends to spoil the grands! My Easy Saturday Summer Makeup Look

So here’s the deal y’all. I love makeup. I love blush and eyeshadow and eyeliner and lipstick and lipgloss. Oh how I love me some lip gloss! I really love mascara, though I’m sometimes frustrated with it. (What’s up the new spider eyes mascara trend anyway?) But, as much as I love  cosmetics, my style is more “girl next door” (okay, midlife lady next door) than glammed up diva. I’m more of a Doris Day than a Marilyn Monroe! Though not a cosmetic/makeup expert, I’m going to bravely share my easy Saturday summer makeup routine with you.
