I’m excited to show off a few summer Stitch Fix outfits for you today. I had fun styling all of the pieces in my latest Stich Fix box, and think that what I kept will work beautifully right up until fall, both for work and play! And, they mix and match with tons of things I already have in my closet! I asked my stylist Lynsey to send me some color for summer, and she really came through. You’ll have to read on to see what she sent, and maybe even guess which two pieces I kept.
I’ve been using the ‘Shop’ feature available now at Stitch Fix, and have picked up several really cute things like the red top that Lynsey mentioned in my note. I styled it with a pair of white pants, but could easily have styled it with the Democracy Bermuda shorts I also picked up in the shop. I’ve worn those shorts like crazy this summer! Bermuda shorts are my go-to summer short length and are so in my comfort zone as far as exposure goes. This light wash short is perfect for summer, relaxed and easy-going, just like the warm (hot) summer days!
Walter always steals the show! I guess he likes my red top! I love the simplicity of a good pair of shorts. I just threw on a basic v-neck tee and tied a scarf around my waist for a belt. Done.
Summer Stich Fix Outfits – My June Fix

Here’s a peek at what Lynsey selected for me. I love that her note mentions my shop purchases and that the style card gives me ideas for styling everything. Sister needs all the help she can get!
41 HAWTHORN | Benni Wrap Front Moss Crepe Knit Top

This top is a lovely sunny color, and the wrap style is ridiculously flattering for a pear shape. It emphasizes my waist and the bright yellow hue bring the attention upstairs where I want it! I threw it on with the cute green skirt, but I’m thinking it would look fabulous with a pair of bootcut white jeans, denim trousers, or even a pair of white shorts.
MARKET & SPRUCE | Parker Button Down Stretch Shirt
The lemony color is so happy, and the top works well with my white jeans.
I styled this cute top with the white boyfriend jeans from Cosmic Blue Love I received in my birthday fix last month. The jeans are super soft and amazingly comfy, which made them the perfect partner for the striped top. The sunshiny yellow color gives this look a summery, beachy vibe, don’t you think?
LOVEAPPELLA | Valentina Crochet Trim Knit Jumpsuit
The jumpsuit is really slimming and figure-flattering. Love the length too!
It’s no secret that I adore floral prints, so this jumpsuit was a no-brainer. It’s a lightweight stretchy fabric in a pull-on style that makes it instantly bathroom-friendly. My jumpsuit girls will know exactly what I mean! I’m not a huge fan of sleeveless styles, but I think I could pull this one off. The little ruffle sleeve is adorable. Cocktails on the patio anyone?
SKIES ARE BLUE | Ria Maxi Skirt
Style tip: Use a hair-tie to easily twist a t-shirt into a knot.
Okay, gotta admit it here, I’m not a huge fan of skirts. They typically don’t work for my pear-shaped body, and often make me feel frumpy and thick. The skirt has to fit just so, or I’m just not going to wear it. Period. However, this one had a lovely drape, a sexy side slit, and a comfy elastic waist, so I gave it a shot. And I liked it! The colors and the palette are right up my alley, and I think it can be styled in several ways. I took a simple white tee shirt in this look and just gave it a knot and a twist to nip in my waist. Try this trick pear-shaped girls, it works! Hint hint…I kept this skirt, so be sure to look for it to appear on my Instagram feed soon! (give me a follow so you don’t miss out!)
DONNA MORGAN | Rowane Tiered Dress

You may remember the fun fruit print dress I styled for our most recent Stylish Monday collaboration. This beautiful dress is from the same brand. It’s beautifully made and all the colors make me ridiculously happy. I love how we can think outside of the box now, and that we can style dresses in so many different ways – with a jacket, with a cardigan, with sneakers, with pumps or wedges…etc. etc. The list truly does go on and on! Stretchy and comfy, this one’s a winner for sure.

Great fix collection! Love the jumpsuit and it looks great on you! Bathroom friendly! LOL but totally a bonus! I too feel frumpy in a long skirt, I don’t like to tuck, and hanging over makes it worse. I love this trick with the knot! I will try it. I love the wrap dress, you look great in it!
Hi Nancy. Give the twist a try. I think you’ll like it!
Hi, love your style!🤩
I am a pear shape also. Your style and coloring are so similar to mine. You give me great ideas.
But, may I ask how tall you are…I am only 5’ 2” .? 🤔
Have a blessed day. 🌼😁🌼
Hi! Thanks for your kind comment. I’m 5’7” and wear size 12 or large.
