I’m sharing today what I wore in Italy in October, along with a few things I wish I’d packed. This was indeed the trip of a lifetime, and one I highly recommend you add to your bucket list if you haven’t traveled to Italy before. I’m so glad I pre-planned my wardrobe! It took a little pressure off to have that part of my trip planned out. You may remember my travel capsule wardrobe post I shared with you before my trip, and believe me it was helpful to organize myself that way, but I definitely learned a few things once I arrived in Italy, and I can’t wait to share what I learned with you!Continue reading “What I Wore In Italy”
I’m thrilled to share a few fall travel capsule wardrobe ideas with you today. I’m hopping on a jet plane bound for Italy (oh my goodness, Italy! The food, the wine, the sights, the history! EEK!) in a few days, and I’ve been furiously shopping, planning, and stressing over what to pack and wear. Because that’s how I roll. I’ve been warned what NOT to pack or wear (which is what caused me the stress) and I’ve also been advised to pack as lightly as I can. So I created a capsule wardrobe for my trip that will be perfect for ANY trip you might be taking this fall. I’ve even included accessories!Continue reading “Fall Travel Capsule Wardrobe”
Fall Fashion from Wal-Mart is on point this year y’all! I popped into my local store and was absolutely amazed at what I saw hanging on the racks. And even though I did have to plow my way through quite a bit of leftover summer pieces (bye-bye summer your time is up) I managed to find some seriously cute stuff! I usually order from their website, so I kind of enjoyed the instant gratification of finding something in a treasure hunt! Check out what I found!Read more: Fall Fashion from Wal-Mart

Pink Top and Jeans Outfit
The top is from Wal-Mart’s Free Assembly line, which is one of my favorites. The shirt fabric is a heavier knit, perfect for fall temps, and the puff sleeves are lightweight cotton. It’s almost sold out online, so I’m linking a few other options for you. The kick flare jeans are from Lee and feature a high rise and raw hem. They have nice stretch too! If you’re looking for an affordable denim choice that is also on trend, this pair of jeans is for you!
I saw this dress on my lunch break one day and just couldn’t get it off my mind. It’s just so pretty! I love the length and the trendy smocked bodice. It comes in two different patterns, and I honestly had a hard time making up my mind! I could easily style the dress with a denim jacket and a pair of booties as the weather cools. And doesn’t it look great with the little bag? I’m styling it here with my braided sandals from Amazon, but I think it could easily be dressed down with sneakers, just for fun.
