It’s March and almost spring, which must mean that it’s time for another Stylish Monday collaboration! This month my stylish blogger friends and I are showing off our denim looks in living color. From jackets to jeans, I think we’ve got it covered, and I bet you’ll be inspired to get shopping for colored denim (if you don’t already have any in your closet) after reading my friends’ blog posts. I’ll also be showing you a few ways to style this fun trend, and at the end of the post you can share your favorite looks by linking up with us, so keep reading!

How I Style Colored Denim
First Look | Yellow Denim Jacket & Blue Dress

Yellow and blue are two of my favorite color combos, especially for spring. There’s just something so fresh and a little preppy about it, without seeming too precious. I got the yellow jacket in last year’s July Stitch Fix box, and thought it would be really cute with this blue dress from Old Navy. As I mentioned in my blog post about our Maui trip, I just love these little dresses from Old Navy. They’re cute, comfy and can be dressed up or down. I found this blue one on the clearance rack, and love the cut, which is perfect for my pear shape. The bag is also from a previous Stitch Fix and the Converse Sneakers are the ones I wore here.

Second Look | Yellow Denim Ankle Pants | Blue Crewneck Sweatshirt

Another look from the closet featuring Old Navy and Stitch Fix! I’m always snatching up these cute crewneck sweatshirts from Old Navy. They always seem to have them in cute patterns that are so easy to wear. The yellow denim ankle pants were received in my June Stitch Fix box last year. They are amazingly comfortable, and just right for our crazy Louisiana springtime weather.

Third Look | Bright Pink Denim | Happy Sweater | White Denim Jacket

I’m absolutely in love with this cute sweater I found at Wal-Mart. Yes, Wal-Mart! I couldn’t find a link for you, but it may still be available in your local store. I styled it differently awhile back on my Instagram account. The bright pink denim jeans are from Chico’s (last year). My white denim jacket stays on repeat this time of year! If you don’t currently own one, then get shopping and snatch one up. You truly need this workhorse in your wardrobe. You’ll be amazed at how versatile it is!

Fourth Look – Floral Top | Coral Denim Skinnies

I found this pretty floral top at, you guessed it, Old Navy a few weeks ago. It has several colors that I’ll be able to play with. I wore the coral colored skinnies from the closet to pull out the coral in the flower pattern. The long pink sweater is an old standby, also from the closet. I prefer to wear long sweaters with outfits like this to conceal and camouflage some of my “sins” if you know what I mean!
