My Favorite November Outfits

And just like that, November is over and out, and it’s December! I love fall, and I especially love November.  As we focus more on being thankful, we are made more aware of how truly blessed we are. Don’t you agree? I also love and adore fall clothes. The colors, the textures and the patterns just make me all warm and happy inside. As you know, my hubs takes my picture each morning, and I share my daily outfits over on my Instagram page. Here’s a brief rundown of my favorite looks of the month, and some styling and buying tips.

Leopard Jacket from Chico's

My absolute favorite piece I wore this month was this beautiful leopard jacket from Chico’s. I wore it with a casual chambray tunic and black trousers, also from Chico’s. The jacket is just the right level of cozy for our southern winter weather. And it’s gorgeous y’all! I also featured the jacket in this post: Holiday Fashion Capsule Wardrobe.  I love that jacket!

Leather jacket and sweater outfit

The teal jacket and burgundy sweater combo was another favorite. I received the sweater in my latest Stitch Fix, and you can read all about it here: Mother/Daughter Stitch Fix Reveal. The sweater is such a pretty color, and I stretched a bit out of my comfort zone by pairing it with the teal leather jacket, but it worked! I’ve had the leather jacket for a couple of years, and always struggled with what to match it up with! Now I’m even thinking I may try it with a leopard print sweater next. I styled the top and jacket with plain black jeggings and black boots. I have to wear wide calf boots, so I’m giving you an option for those as well.

Fur Trimmed vest

Daisy helped me with my pictures the day I wore this outfit. She’s such a good supervisor! The black and white striped turtleneck with ruffle sleeves and fur trimmed vest was a local find last year. I love shopping at local boutiques. The selection is ever changing, and you rarely see the same outfits all over town.

Stitch Fix red vest

The bright red puffy vest is also from Stitch Fix.  The plaid shirt is Merona from Target, and I’ve had it several years. The flannel shirt and vest combo is a tried and true lightweight option for us southern girls during a cold snap! I usually wear a longer shirt under a puffer vest, because I feel like it helps to camouflage my pear shape.
