October Stitch Fix Reveal

It’s time for another fun Stitch Fix Reveal! October is almost over, yet it feels like I just showed you my September reveal! Crazy, right? We’ve had a fun month, full of visits to the pumpkin patch with the grands, a visit with our Colorado grandson, and a week of vacation spent painting the house (doesn’t sound fun, but it was).  I asked my stylist for Fall Workwear pieces I can mix and match with other things in my wardrobe that I can wear to the office. Read on to see what she sent! Be sure to pin your favorites for your stylist!

But first, here’s my usual refresher course and details about Stitch Fix:

What is Stitch Fix? Just in case you haven’t heard of Stitch Fix, it’s a stylish subscription service that allows you to add cute things to your wardrobe, without having to shop for them yourself. I love that I can write my stylist a note if I have an upcoming special event or occasion, or just want to add something new to my closet. I have fun thinking of things I can ask for!

How does it work? It’s so easy and really fun to get started. Just create your  style profile at StitchFix.com and answer a few simple questions about your taste preferences, sizes, budget, and clothing needs. Then you’re ready to schedule your fix. You’ll be matched with a personal stylist who will review your style profile and handpick five items just for you. The clothes are shipped directly to your door so you can try them on in the comfort of your home. Shipping and returns are FREE. Try everything on, keep what you love, check out easily online, or use their handy app, and return any unwanted items in the prepaid shipping envelope that is included in your fix. They even offer a 25% discount if you buy everything in your Fix! Stitch Fix Reveal

Tip: Create a special Pinterest Board for your stylist, so she’ll know the types of things you like, or might be looking for.

How much does Stitch Fix cost? When you schedule your fix, you will be charged a $20 styling fee for the service, which is automatically deducted from the price of any items you choose to keep.  Prices vary and you can customize your budget for various types of clothes in your style profile. I personally have my preferences set in the mid-price range, but you can choose from several price points – all the way to ‘luxe’.Stitch Fix offers styling services for plus sizes, men, maternity, petites, and now offer Stitch Fix for Kids! I’ve seen lots of cute Stitch Fix reveals for kids on some mommy blogs. You should definitely check it out. Stitch Fix Stylist Note

Here’s my Fix!

Dustin Roll Sleeve Blouse from CALVIN KLEIN | Chelsea Bootcut Corduroy from EDYSON Calvin Klein Top and Bootcut Pants from Stitch Fix

These pants are amazing! I was really hoping that Katherine, my stylist, would send me pants in a fun fall color, and boy did she knock it out of the ballpark! The color of these cords is so rich, pictures don’t do them justice. I paired them with the black roll sleeve blouse from Calvin Klein. I kept the pants, but returned the top, as I have several tops that are very similar.

Reign Brushed Plaid Blazer from TAHARI Tahari Plaid Blazer

I have quite a few Tahari pieces in my wardrobe to wear to the office and to meetings. This jacket has the quality that Tahari is known for. The brushed fabric is plush and lush, and will be perfect in my chilly office. For some reason it strikes a nostalgic cord with me, I’m pretty sure I had one just like it in high school.

Gloari Turtle Neck Knit Top by 41 HAWTHORN Striped Top and Shearing Vest from Stitch Fix

Katherine suggested I try the top with the shearling vest I received in my January Fix. The top was a little snug, so I was happy to top it with the vest, and I think it works! I sent the top back because I have a striped top that is very similar. And guess what? I styled it on my Instagram with the shearling vest back in January! IMG_5129.JPG

Great minds think alike! Thanks Katherine!

Sammie Stone Drop Earrings from NAKAMOL Nakamol Earrings from Stitch Fix

These are stunning in real life! The stones just sparkled! I love them, and highly recommend that you pin them for your stylist!

  1. I just love Stitch Fix Reveal posts! I love to see different people’s style and likes! And I love it when a Stitch Fix Box ends up on my front doorstep! I usually end up keeping one to two items (I would keep them all but budget makes me be choosy!) Really a fun post!
