Happy June y’all! We are halfway through the year, can you believe it? Here in the South we usually have about a 3 week Spring, and then BAM! Summer! And that’s exactly the situation right now. I love this time of year. Watermelon. Swimming pools. Baseball. Grilling outdoors, and not heating up the kitchen. Fresh homegrown tomatoes (because seriously, those things you buy in the grocery store in the winter don’t deserve to be called tomatoes!)
