If you know anything about me, you know how much I enjoy trying subscription boxes. From Stitch Fix to Amazon to Birch Box to Ipsy…I’ve enjoyed them all. And when my daughter told me that FabFitFun has a new subscription fashion box, I was intrigued! I’ve subscribed to their regular FatFitFun box for about a year, and always look forward to seeing that happy box full of beauty and home products on my front porch. So I thought I’d give their new service a try; and to double the fun, my daughter joined in! We had a blast styling each other, and trying on the pieces my stylist sent. Happy January 2020! I’m so pumped for the New Year, aren’t you? What I’m not pumped for is cold weather. There’s a reason I live down south. I don’t do cold. I don’t mind the occasional cold front, as long as I have a fire and a bowl of soup to warm up by, but girls, I just don’t think I could make it in colder parts of the world like some of my Stylish Monday sisters do! And true confession, I’m not the biggest fan of coats. They’re bulky, difficult to drive in, you have to find a place to hang them and they tend to make me look like a plump polar bear! That’s why I was thrilled that my Stylish Monday sisters and I chose “Cozy Chic” as this month’s link-up theme. Because I need all the winter style inspiration I can get! If you follow me on Instagram then you know how much I love the ever faithful and always beautiful maxi dress. I do a little thing I call #maxidressmonday where I style a different maxi from my closet each Monday. I mean, what’s not to love? They’re long, yet they’re breezy. If you have a sketchy leg shaving day, don’t worry about it! Maxi has ya covered! They’re easily accessorized with jackets or cardigans, and often beautiful on their own.
