Easy Baking Mix Cookie Bars

A deliciously easy way to use the baking mix in your pantry to whip up cookie bars your family will devour!

Equipment

  • 13 x 9 inch baking pan
  • parchment paper
  • stand mixer (optional)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups Baking Mix (like Bisquick)
  • a cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini m&m baking candies
  • 1/2 cup pecans roughly chopped

Instructions
 

  • Line your baking pan with parchment paper, and preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  • Cream together the sugars, eggs, canola oil and vanilla
  • Slowly stir in the baking mix until everything is combined
  • Stir in 1 cup of the semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Spread the cookie dough evenly in the parchment lined baking pan
  • Spinkle the rest of the chocolate chips, the mini m&ms and the chopped pecans on top
  • Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes, depending on doneness desired. The center should be lightly browned
  • Let cool for a few minutes then dig in! Delicious with ice cream!
