April Stitch Fix Reveal

april stitch fix reveal

Hi y’all. It’s time for my April Stitch Fix Reveal! True confession. I love the color pink. I love soft pink, dusty pink, bright pink, fuschia pink, sherbert pink, mulberry pink…give me all the pink! It just makes me happy. (Okay…maybe it’s not a secret, I’m sure if you check my instagram profile you’ll find me sporting lots of pink outfits.) Anyway, I asked my Stitch Fix stylist to give me all the pink! Let’s see how she did!

Kut from the Kloth Sinclaire Button Down Blouse

Kut from the Kloth Blouse - Stitch Fix

Lovely shades of light ink and sky blue adorn this sheer top from Kut from the Kloth. I have several pairs of Kut jeans, but this was my first top. It’s a little sheer, so a cami is definitely in order, but I think it will work for office with blue pants and heels, or white jeans and flats. It’s pretty! (and I kept it)

Lakeview Denim Alex Colored Skinny Jean & Sanctuary Edelia Textured Button Down Top

Coral Jeans and Plaid Top

These jeans aren’t pink, but are a happy shade of coral. They’re nice and stretchy, and match the little Mia strappy sandals I received last June from Stitch Fix. I tried the jeans on with the Edelia Textured Top from Sanctuary thrown on over my favorite Steel Magnolias graphic teefrom last summer. It’s a fun weekend look!

Tahari Ionna Double Breasted Blazer

Tahari Double Breasted Blazer

I loved this jacket! The pink is the perfect shade, and Tahari is one of my go-to brands for office style. The quality is amazing. However, the double breasted style just did not suit my body shape. It felt big and boxy across my shoulders, and added too much bulk to my middle. It seemed to wear me, instead of the other way around! It just didn’t fit me correctly. Bummer. It’s soooo pretty. The Melanie Knit Tunic Blazer by French Mauve I received in February fits me much better, and is the same delicate shade of pink.

Maggy London Ballad Cotton Dress

I love this dress y’all. This dress is a beautiful style, gorgeous colors and impeccable quality, but unfortunately, I had serious fit issues. It felt large up top, and tight on the bottom, and with no stretch I struggled with feeling truly comfortable in it. I find that A-line or fit and flare style dresses work much better for me. I styled it with the Tahari blazer, which was a perfect combination, but it just didn’t work for me. Sadly, I had to return both pieces, but since shipping and returns are free, it wasn’t a big deal. Much easier than driving to a store, trying to find a parking spot and then hassling with a sales clerk over a return!
