December 2017 Stitch Fix Reveal!

I was thrilled to receive my December Stitch Fix a few days early! You know how much I enjoy seeing that adorable little box on my front porch when I get home from work! It’s just a little box of happy waiting on me! I was hoping to do another Mother/Daughter reveal, but unfortunately my daughter is just so busy right now, wrangling sick kids and finishing up her etsy commissions, it’s impossible for her to get away. So this reveal is just me, with photos taken by my poor long suffering husband, who’s a little overwhelmed with the SLR camera. But he gave it the old college try! So here we go!

I just loved the cute little Holiday 17 Sticker and packaging. Stitch Fix always presents their packages in such a special way. It’s just a nice little touch that speaks to the quality of not only the garments they send, but of the care that they take of their customers.

I’ll be honest here. I was a little disappointed that I lost my stylist Erin. But Marci did a lovely job, and really tried to give me what I asked for in my note. With Stitch Fix, after you complete your profile, you can add a personal note to your stylist, requesting certain colors, or you can mention events you might have coming up. I asked for casual warm and cozy items for winter. Your stylist then sends you a personal note with the fix, and includes style cards that help you visualize different ways to wear what they send. I keep all of my style cards, and refer to them often. They’re such a great resource for ideas and style inspiration!

I fell in love with the Marc New York Skein Quilted Puffer Vest the minute I peeked and knew it was coming. Seriously. The picture doesn’t do it justice. The color is the perfect rich red, the stitching is quality, and the hood is the perfect cozy touch. I cannot wait to wear it! It’s adorable y’all! So stinkin’ cute!

I styled the vest two ways, the top photo is shown with the lovely cream color Poppi Textured Pullover from 41 Hawthorn. The bottom photo is shown with my own flannel shirt and basic tee for a more casual, hot chocolate by the fireside look. Have I mentioned how very much I love this vest? Love!!! Yep, I kept it!

This cute sweater by 41 Hawthorn has so much detail. It fits like a dream, is super soft and is the perfect neutral color to style with a million different things in my closet. I actually received a very similar sweater from Stitch Fix last year, so I returned it. But I almost didn’t want to take it off to send it back. It’s seriously so soft and gorgeous. Tough decision y’all. Tough!

Okay y’all. This Honey Punch top is so adorable! It’s soft, comfy and is the perfect length for me. I even think I could style it up a bit for work. It’s just precious. I think it wants me to sit by the fire and drink hot cocoa too! Isn’t it cute? The front is solid black, creating a neutral space for a statement necklace or maybe even a patterned scarf. Sadly, I returned it. But I wish I didn’t have to. Dang it!

I didn’t get a good photo of the Warp & Weft Marissa Skinny Jeans, but I kept them. The fit was incredible, and I needed a good pair of basic jeans I could dress up or down. I was determined to only keep two items from this fix, so as sad as I was to not keep it all, I just couldn’t. The Berry Jewelry Angelo Statement Necklace was lovely as well, but so similar to several that I already own, I just couldn’t justify keeping it. I really do wish I could keep everything, every time, but the budget struggle is real y’all.
